These Terms and Conditions, along with privacy policy or other terms (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement by and between MAVERICKS PLACEMENT AND CONSULTANCY SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED, ( “Website Owner” or “we” or “us” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) and relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”).

To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information to us during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account.
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this website or through the Services, for any specific purpose. You acknowledge that such information andmaterials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Terms of Refunds and Cancellations

In case the participant cancels any order online up to 7 days before the workshop is scheduled, the entire order amount minus payment gateway fees, will be refunded.
In case the participant cancels the order after 7 days prior to the workshop is scheduled, we are not able to offer any refund.
No refunds are offered for paid workshops that are completed but are not attended by registered participants. We do not refund no-shows.
In case of failed transactions or double realization of account for the same order, the total paid amount will be refunded.
In case of a cancelled workshop, we will refund the entire amount for the workshop, or offer you services or products at the same rate.
In case of failed transactions, payment will be refunded by our payment gateway partners.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 15 working days, but typically within 3-5 working days
