Job Description

1.   Educate the Customer about the product

2.  Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business 3.Close the leads assigned by the call center team

4.  Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximizer

5.  Customer Servicing 6.Collection of Renewals

7.Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues

  • Strategically coordinating the planning and managing all interactions with strategic suppliers that supply goods and/or services to the Company, in order to maximize the value of those interactions.
  • Entails creating closer, more collaborative relationships with key suppliers in order to uncover and realize new value and reduce risk.
  • Supports the development and maintenance of the Supplier Management tools in collaboration with the Procurement Service Centres.
  • Coordinates with the Regional Supplier Management Champions to ensure global standardization of the Supplier Management Program.
  • Engages external consultants or thought leaders as required to support the program as needed.
